6. Etta Bovee: Born August 1879 in New York.

 

1900 US Census: Etta Bovee, age 20 (b. Aug 1879 in NYS, as were her parents) and single, was employed as a servant in the household headed by Marietta Holley, age 63 (b. Jul 1836 in NYS, father b. CT, mother b. RI) and employed as an author.  The household also included Marietta's sister, Sylphinia Holley, age 74 (b. Sep 1825 in NYS) and single; Marietta's ward, May H. Shaver, age 13 (b. Jun 1886 in NYS); and servant, Lew C. Hoxie, age 29 and employed as a laborer.

 

7. Frank Bovee: Born about 1897 in New York.

 

1915 NYS Census: Frank Bover, age 19, was boarding in a household (pg 10; residence 461) in the City of Watertown, Jefferson County, New York.  The household also included boarder Maud Bover, age 18.

 

1920 US Census: Frank Bovee, age 23 (b. NYS) was a boarder in the household headed by George Howard in Watertown Township, Jefferson County, New York.  The household also included Frank's wife, Maude Bovee, age 22 (b. NYS) and George Howard's family.

 

8. Louise Bovee: Born about 1901 in New York.

 

1930 US Census: Louise Bovee, age 29 (b. NYS), resided as a servant in the household headed by George W. Gonyea, age 31 (b. NYS), in Watertown Township, Jefferson County, New York.  The household also included George's daughter, Beulah Gonyea, age 9 (b. NYS); and boarder [perhaps Louise's son], Morris Bovee, age 12 (b. NYS).

 

9. Morris Bovee: Born about 1918 in New York.

 

1930 US Census: Morris Bovee, age 12 (b. NYS), resided as a boarder in the household headed by George W. Gonyea, age 31 (b. NYS), in Watertown Township, Jefferson County, New York.  The household also included George's daughter, Beulah Gonyea, age 9 (b. NYS); and servant [perhaps Morris's mother], Louise Bovee, age 29 (b. NYS).

 

10. Henry J. Bovee: Born about 1850.  Brother of Perthana, below.

 

1855 NYS Census: Phio C. Silsby, age 32, was heading a household in Adams Township, Jefferson County, New York.  The household also included his wife, Evelina Silsby, age 28; daughter, Corlista Silsby, age 11; son, James Silsby, age 8; son, Henry J. Bovee, age 5; and daughter, Perthana M. Bovee, age 2.

 

11. Perthana M. Bovee: Born about 1853.  Sister of Henry J. Bovee, above.

 

1855 NYS Census: Phio C.
