Carolyn Louise (Biles) Cheney

Carolyn’s death: 30 December 1999 (age 84) at Santa Cruz, California (just south of San Francisco) from complications of severe emphysema, which was undoubtedly precipitated by long term, heavy cigarette smoking. She was dependent on supplemental oxygen for the last (approximately) 15 years of her life.
