†††† Lincolnís death: In declining health and weight for some time, Lincoln died at 2 A.M. on 20 March 1999, age 82, at the New York State Veteranís Home in Oxford, Chenango County, New York.His remains were cremated by Root Funeral Home in Greene, with interment of ashes in the Bryant plot, Sylvan Lawn Cemetery, Greene, New York.A memorial service was held 22 March at the First Congregational Church, Greene, New York with Reverend John Cooper-Martin officiating.
