Ruthís death: 10 September 2003 in a nursing facility (Waterman Village at Mr. Dora), Mt. Dora, Lake County, Florida from complications of pancreatitis, including dehydration; cremated remains were interred in Pensacola Memorial Gardens, Pensacola, Escambia County, Florida.
