interred Red Wood Cemetery, Alexandria Township, Jefferson County, New
York. His will divided his estate evenly
among his children, but his wife (and executrix) favored his son Johan George,
giving Georg the lion's share.

Hessen).

Erbach, Grand Duchy of Hesse)
and had several children.

York.

York. Married Johann Michael Hofferberth (b. 24 Aug 1823 in Germany (Darmstadt, Hesse), d. 4 Apr 1894 in Alexandria Twp, Jefferson Co., NY) on 21 December 1851 in Germany (Hochst
im Odenwald, Erbach, Grand Duchy of Hesse) and
had several children.

Hesse-Darmstadt). Died 25 December 1864 at Redwood, Alexandria
Township, Jefferson County, New York. Married Heinrich Betz (b. 7 Nov 1827 in
Germany (Egelsbach, Offenbach, Hesse), d. 11 Apr 1903 at Redwood, Alexandria Twp,
Jefferson Co., NY) about 1848 in Germany (Darmstadt, Hesse)
and had several children.

Alexandria Township, Jefferson County, New York. Married elixabetha Johannetha Georg (b. 7 Jun 1838 in Germany (Habitzheim, Dieburg, Hessen), d. 1919) and had children.

least a couple of daughters; in Jefferson County, New York those daughters

wife, Balthasar Flath in
Germany.
