England) and employed as a farmer, was heading a household in Cape Vincent Township, Jefferson County, New York.  His real estate was valued at $2,000.  The household also included his wife, Sarah Humphrey, age 46 (b. England); son, Alfred John Humphrey, age 22 (b. England); son Thomas Henry Humphrey, age 18 (b. England); Richard Humphrey, age 16 (b. England); William Humphrey, age 14 (b. 1870 US Census: William Humphrey, age 32 (b. England; parents of foreign birth) and employed as a farmer, was heading a household in Cape Vincent Township, Jefferson County, New York.  His real estate was valued at $7,000 and his personal property was valued at $1,600.

 

1880 US Census: William Humphrey, age 43 (b. England; parents b. England) and employed as a farmer, was heading a household in Cape Vincent Township, Jefferson County, New York.  The household also included his wife, Nancy L. Humphrey, age 35 (b.
