Note: This last bequeath is puzzling for a number of reasons:  First, Nathaniel, Jr.’s youngest child, Samuel, was born in 1781, making him approximately 29 years old at the time of Nathaniel’s death in 1810.  Since this Samuel did not die until 1853, it is strange he is the only one of Nathaniel’s children not named in his will.  Third, an unidentified Samuel S.
