1. Biographical notes:

 

Born about 1910 in Scotland.  Died .  Immigrated to the US in 1930.

 

1930 US Census: Charles Frazier, age 20 (b. Scotland; parents b. Scotland) and employed as an electrician in the construction industry, was boarding in the household headed by Gertrude Klump, age 49 (b. NYS) in the City of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York.  He immigrated to the US in 1930.  Of interest, the household also included Alexander Frazier, age 24 (b. Scotland; parents b. Scotland) and employed as a rigger in the construction industry, who immigrated to the US in 1927.

 

1940 US Census: Charles Fraser, age 30 (b. Scotland) and employed as a janitor for a girls college, was heading a household in La Grange Township, Dutchess County, New York.  He was a naturalized citizen, and he had completed 2 years of high school.  The household also included his wife, Alma Fraser, age 27 (b. NYS), who had completed 4 years of high school.  On 1 April 1935 they resided at Camelot, Dutchess County, New York.

 

2. Wife: Alma B. Sharpe

 

Born about 1913 in New York; daughter of Earle and Alleda (?) Sharpe.  Died .

 

1920 US Census: Earl A. Sharp, age 32 (b. KS; father b. KS; mother b. OH) and employed as an automobile repairer, was heading a household at 5 McKinstry Street in the City of Newburgh, Orange County, New York.  The household also included his wife, Alleda M. Sharp, age 31 (b. NYS; parents b. NYS); daughter, Ruth M. Sharp, age 9 (b. NYS); and daughter, Alma B. Sharp, age 7 (b. NYS).

 

1930 US Census: Earle Sharpe, age 43 (b. KS; parents b. KS) and employed as a service manager for a garage, was heading a household at 178 North Clinton Street in the City of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York.  He married 1st at age 21.  The household also included his wife, Alleda Sharpe, age 42 (b. NYS; parents b. NYS), who married 1st at age 20; daughter, Ruth Sharpe, age 19 (b. NYS), single, and employed as a saleslady in a department store; and daughter, Alma Sharpe, age 17 (b. NYS), single, and not employed.

Born 4 October 1943 at Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York.  Died 14 June 2007.  Married, as her 2nd husband, Marty Grace (Mickna) Boyd, descendant #2.2 of generation 8 of the Descendants of Martha Hazel-Mae (Cool)(Slater)(Finney) Smith on 30 March (?) at Lordsburg, Hidalgo County, New Mexico.
