1915 NYS Census: Of interest, there was a John J.
Hogan, age 38, who was an inmate in the prison at Dannemora,
Clinton County, New York.
1920 US Census: John Hogan, age 41 (b. NYS; parents
b. Ireland) and employed as a farmer (stock farm), was heading a household on
West Ridge Road in Orleans Township, Jefferson County, New York. He rented his residence. The household also included his wife, Pearl
Hogan, age 21 (b. NYS; parents b. NYS); son, John Hogan, Jr., age 3 years and 0
months (b. NYS); uncle, Len Petrie, age 31 (b. NYS; parents b. NYS) and
employed as a laborer doing farm work; aunt, Estell
Petrie, age 41 (b. NYS; parents b. NYS); and servant, Philip Riley, age 58 (b.
NYS; parents b. Ireland), widowed, and employed as a laborer doing farm work.

parents b. Northern Ireland) and employed as a laborer doing odd jobs, was
heading a household on Main Street in the Village of Redwood, Alexandria
Township, Jefferson County, New York. He
was married 1st at age 20. The household
also included his wife, Pearl L. Hogan, age 29 (b. NYS; parents b. NYS), who
was married 1st at age 16; son, John J. Hogan, age 13 (b. NYS); daughter, Hienia M. Hogan, age 9 (b. NYS); and son, Frank A. Hogan,
age 4 years and 0 months (b. NYS).

employed as a laborer maintaining the village streets, was heading a household
at 12 Washington Street in the Village of Alexandria Bay, Alexandria Township,
Jefferson County, New York. His

Hogan, age 40 (b. NYS), who had completed 5th grade; son, Frank Hogan , age 14 (b. NYS); daughter, Evlyn
