Florence (Smith) Banker of Great Bend Township, Pennsylvania, on 12 December
1942 (license issued 12 Dec 1942) at Susquehanna, Pennsylvania. Elbert was employed as a dairyman.

mother-in-law, Susan Melhuish, age 47 (b. NYS; parents b. CT); and boarder,
Frank Groaner, age 21 (b. PA) and employed drilling oil wells.
