Born 21 January 1871 at Ingersol, Avon, Ontario, Canada, daughter of Oliver Johnson (b. 28 Jun 1832 at Ontario, Canada, d. 15 Jun 1885 at Middlesex, Ontario, Canada) and Hannah (Lawr) Walker (b. 6 Nov 1839, d. 25 Jan 1903).  Died 19 October 1946 at Brown City, Lapeer, Michigan.  Married John James Smith in 1886.
