1790 US Census: There were 3 households in Vermont headed by an Isaac Wallace.  The Isaac enumerated on page 9/18 of the enumeration resided in Pownal Township, Bennington County and included himself and 1 free white female.  In addition, Isaac H. and Isaac H., Jr. were both enumerated on page 18/15, Arlington Township, Bennington County.  Isaac H.'s household included 3 free white males age 16 and above, plus 3 free white females.  Isaac H., Jr.'s household included himself and 4 free white female.

 

Since Julia (Wallace) Drake was about 4 years old in 1790, the most likely father was Isaac H. Wallace, Jr. of Arlington Township, Bennington County, Vermont.
